Scott & Tara Oeschger owner and operator of Northeast Kingdom Processing, located in St. Johnsbury focuses on making sure that local producers are able to have a USDA processor to get their products to restaurants, markets and farmers markets. From farmer to farmer The Oeschger's have an Angus herd so they know the hard work and dedication that it takes to achieve this. NEK Processing takes pride in their Humane Handling as well as being Animal Welfare Approved. They are an allergen free facility, and will process Vermont Certified Organic for you. They have passionate butchers, dedicated staff and effective leadership to make sure that all of your processing needs are met. They look forward to meeting you, working with you and building a long lasting relationship. NEK Processing also has a retail store that customers can buy fresh, Spring Hill Angus beef straight from The Oeschger's farm. We also offer local pork as well as Nitrite Free Bacon, Maple Bacon a variety of Seasonal sausages and soo much more!
