Our facility is open for business to support local Meat producers...and for local customers who are craving the best meats in town! 

our storefront is open for retail sales and payments for processing pick ups but we are still asking all producers to drop THEIR cuts sheets off with their animal or Email them in.  When your meat is ready for pick up we are asking you to call in advance to schedule the pick up, we are offering 2 Pick up times per day, 10-11 a.m. and 2-3 p.m.(Monday - Thursday) and we will  have your order ready  to load you out at our loading dock area. 

For our retail store customers we can make you a cusTomized meat box of your favorite cuts or just come on in and pick out your favorite cuts. If you would like to Call in your order we will have the order ready for pick up!  Check out our online specialty meat menu selection to place your order. We are now offering Smoked Sausages & chicken so please ask us for the details.
