 Custom & Commercial Smoking - Out of House

 Custom or Commercial Out of House(you bring it to us) Smoking is available all year round.  Please schedule your time to drop off. 

Hams, Bellies, Hocks, Shoulders, Butts & Loins - Custom smoking also available on beef, chicken, & wild game!

Custom Smoking - $2.50 per lb.
Commercial Smoking - $2.75 per lb. 
Nitrite Free - $4.50 per lb.

Processing Fees range from $.25 to $.95 per lb. depending on processing needs.

Maple Bacon is available for $.25 per lb. extra

We offer a wide range of commercial pork smoking services and custom smoking services.
 We can turn your pork into the perfect smoked product ready for any market or restaurant. We can even smoke your wild game to just put in your freezer.

Our Smoking Services include, Regular or Maple Bacon Cure for Bellies, Maple Cure for Ham, Loin Chops or Shoulders/Butts, Regular Bacon Cure for Canadian Bacon. 

cOMPLETE bACON cURE

Ingredients

Pork, Salt, Cane, Brown Sugar, Sodium Erythobate(2.7%), Sodium Bicarbonate(1% Buffer), Sodium Nitrite(.60%). 


mAPLE bACON cURE

Ingredients


Pork, Salt, Cane and Maple Sugar(100% Maple Syrup), Sodium Erythobate(2.7%), Sodium Bicarbonate(1% Buffer), Sodium Nitrite(.60%). 

Uncured Bacon

Ingredients

Pork, Sea Salt, Paprika, Raw Cane Sugar, Spices & Celery Powder. 


Maple Ham cure

Ingredients

Pork, Salt, Cane and Maple Sugar(100% Maple Syrup), Sodium Nitrite(.86%), buffered with .25% Sodium Bicarbonate, Cold Phosphate & Sodium Erythorbate.

If you would like to taste what we are smoking, you can!  You can have us do the smoking, just buy it in our storefront and we will do all of the work! 

We offer a variety of our smoked product right in our storefront. We are always smoking something new! We have taken all of the hard work away from you by standing over a smoker for hours. Just pick it up here, bring it home and heat it up!
